THE LIGHT

OH COLONIZERS
Oh Colonizers remixes a satirical Masterpiece Theatre format with a TV reality dating show to expose the folly of “Honkey Kong 2021.” With her signature humor and insight, Carla Stillwell unpacks the ways white people throughout America’s history have spread "oppression mayonnaise" over countless Black and Brown people, focusing particularly on the period after the Civil War when America had a choice between emancipation, reconciliation, and capitalism.
COLLABORACTION RADIO
Join co-hosts Anthony Moseley, Collaboraction Artistic Director, and Collaboraction Managing Director, Carla Stillwell, for fresh dialogue around the intersection of arts, activism, and social change. Collaboraction Radio will feature weekly segments from our co-hosts and Dr. Marcus Robinson, artist spotlights, and interviews with visionary thinkers and activists who are building positive change in Chicago, and around the world.
BECOMING
The goal of Becoming is to continue to provide space and fellowship for people looking to understand White Privilege, unlearn inherent White Supremacy, engage in meaningful dialogue around systems of oppression with others, and support each other in being actively anti-racist moving forward. As a group, we will explore critical elements of racism and White Supremacy, including history, modern-day events/issues, best practices for communications, and share our journeys.
